Stones record and reveal our changing living world.

This field practice began with recent work in the Himalayan mountain range, where I started recording stones and their surrounding sound environments within glacial landscapes. Rather than treating stones as silent or inert matter, the practice approaches them as long-term witnesses of environmental change — carriers of geological memory shaped by ice, pressure, erosion, and time.
