Quantum Resonance · Danish Cultural Institute | Group exhibited in Copenhagen, Latvia, Beijing

This installation was developed as part of a cultural exchange project in Denmark, exploring relationships between quantum concepts and sound. Live sound improvisation generates vibrations on the surface of water, which in turn reflect light onto a screen. The resulting moving images are produced through physical interaction rather than digital manipulation and are recorded in real time.

Inspired by resonances between quantum thinking and the Dao De Jing, the work treats sound, matter, and perception as interconnected processes rather than separate entities. Sound does not illustrate an idea; instead, vibration becomes the medium through which unseen relationships are momentarily made visible.
